Any resident needing help can phone our dedicated help line between 9.30am and 12.30pm on any weekday excepting Bank Holidays. A recorded message will tell them the phone number of the Duty Officer for that day who will then arrange for a Driver to transport the client to their appointment. Drivers will usually wait during the appointment and then return the client back to their home. There is no charge for this service but the Drivers carry a box in their car for any donations to Chipperfield Care.
